VALUE-oriented coaching

I support my clients with VALUE-orientedcoaching.

The basic assumption of VALUE-orientedsystemic coaching according to the Sankt Gallen Coaching Model (SCM)® is that we want to live and increase VALUES through the goals we set. What exactly does that mean?

Simply setting goals often doesn't work, but if we can find our own individual meaning behind the goal, the higher goal, the so-called VALUE, then clarity develops. This clarity gives us the strength and energy to take action and bring about lasting change.

During my training at the Coach Academy Switzerland, I was able to experience all the methods myself as a client and learn how growth is possible within a short period of time by recognizing VALUES. This is an essential point for me, why I am fully convinced of this method, because I too have often set myself goals in the past and have simply not been able to achieve them in a sustainable and lasting way. By recognizing my VALUES such as "self-determination" and "inner peace", this suddenly happened almost by itself.

VALUE = CLARITY ⋅⋅⋅ CLARITY = ENERGY ⋅⋅⋅⋅ ENERGY = ACTION

VALUES create meaning and purpose. This is very important for us humans, in fact our whole life revolves around it. That is why VALUE-orientedcoaching is a basic prerequisite for sustainable development
