Have you already aligned your inner compass? Or are you still searching?
Recognizing your values brings clarity and clarity gives you the necessary energy and motivation to take action:
What are VALUES? A sense of VALUE is a good and supporting basic feeling in your life, a feeling that gives your life meaning. In today's world, we often lose access to this important inner feeling. This then manifests itself in the form of feelings of stress, inner restlessness, dissatisfaction, a lack of meaning, orientation and clarity.
Values can be a compass for our lives. If we align ourselves with them, they lead us to a life that is fulfilling for us. Living our values leads us to self-competence and self-efficacy.
The basic assumption of value-oriented systemic coaching according to the Sankt Gallen Coaching Model (SCM)® is that we want to live and increase values through the goals we set. What exactly does that mean?
During my training at the Coach and Trainer Academy Switzerland, I was able to experience all the methods myself as a client and learn how growth is possible within a short period of time by recognizing values. For me, this is a key reason why I am completely convinced of this method, because I too have often set myself goals in the past and simply failed to achieve them in a sustainable and lasting way. By recognizing my values such as "self-determination" and "inner peace", this suddenly happened almost by itself.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
It doesn't matter whether you are an employee or a manager - I will help you to strengthen your core competencies and resources so that your work is more enjoyable and fulfilling again.
- How do I achieve my goals better?
- How do I cope with difficult & challenging situations
- How do I deal with conflict situations?
- How do I communicate effectively?
- How do I gain more self-confidence?
- How do I make clear and good decisions?
- How can I give or gain recognition?
TEAM COACHING
Team coaching is geared towards a common, clearly defined goal. It neither strives for the total harmonization of the team nor the realization of individuals - rather, it enables respectful cooperation and effective & productive work.
- Establishment of a new department or project team
- Restructuring in branches, departments or groups
- Different cultural groups in the team
- Problems with competence boundaries
- Trust or relationship crises in teams
- Suppressed conflicts that block the team in its work
Systemic constellations make the hidden and unconscious effects of problems visible and tangible, enabling surprisingly sustainable solutions and powerful developments. The method is systemic, appreciative and neutral. The starting point is the person seeking support and advice and their current issue. Through visual representation with representative symbols, the inner images can be viewed, clarified and solutions can be seen. A system always seeks balance, i.e. as soon as one of its elements changes, other elements will also change in order to restore equilibrium. This mutual influence can be made visible through a constellation. This can reveal potential conflicts and blockages, but also existing resources and possible solutions.
In companies, not only individuals work together, but also teams and departments. These are also part of a system where cooperation does not always work well, and sometimes people work against each other. An organizational constellation could bring clarity here.
