Due to years of lack of self-love, a very unhealthy relationship based on emotional blackmail, my self-worth, the trust in myself, was virtually non-existent.

Using the methods from coaching and mental training, I was able to regain this self-confidence and master everyday life with greater mental strength and joy through mindfulness exercises.

Training means regularly practicing certain methods. This enables us to acquire a routine that at some point automatically becomes part of our everyday life...and it's even fun - that's a promise!
