Gratitude

Gratitude is a declaration of love for life. 

The focus of gratitude is on the good. This does not mean that everything that is not going so well is ignored or faded out, but gratitude makes these things less important. Gratitude sharpens our focus on the little things in everyday life that are often taken for granted. This makes us happier and more resistant to stress.

Today I was able to take a wonderful, long walk through the sunny forest.... that was so good and gives me strength.... I am very grateful for that. What are you grateful for today?
