Your path to inner peace: How self-determination, freedom and contentment lead you to your center"

In our restless world, finding inner peace is often a challenge. As a coach, I have realized that my core values -

Self-determination, freedom and satisfaction -

are the key to my deepest personal value:

inner peace.

These values are not only guideposts in my professional life, but also anchors in my private life that lead me back to my inner peace.

In this post, I share with you how I use these values to cultivate my inner peace, and how you can do the same for yourself.

Meditation - your anchor in stormy times

Daily meditation practice helps you to organize your thoughts and focus on the essentials. Just 10 minutes in the morning can make all the difference.

The healing power of music

Whether actively making music or passively listening to it - music touches the soul and creates a space of calm. Consciously integrate music sessions into your everyday life.

Aromatherapy with essential oils

The use of high-quality essential oils from doTERRA, whether through massage, diffusers or fragrance rollers, helps you to reduce stress and calm your senses.

Forest bathing - immerse yourself in nature

Regular walks or "forest bathing" in the forest are like returning to your roots. Nature teaches you serenity and presence.

Immerse yourself in other worlds

Sometimes you need a creative break. Whether through reading, painting or fantasy journeys - exploring other worlds refreshes your mind.

Inner peace is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially for coaches and people in helping professions.

For me, self-determination, freedom and contentment are the keys that lead me to my inner peace. But everyone is unique and your core values might be different. You might find your balance through creativity, connectedness or harmony.

To help you discover your personal core values, I offer the root exercise in my coaching sessions. This simple but very effective method helps you to delve deeper into your inner self and explore your true values. It is a powerful tool to find clarity and alignment.

The key is to take the time to explore your personal values and find practices that bring you into alignment with them. By reflecting on your individual core values - be they inner strength, freedom, contentment or others - you create the space for true inner peace in your life.
