The power of silence
More and faster, higher and further. This is how everyday life is for many of us. Deadline pressure, sensory overload and constant distractions dominate our day. We rush from one task to the next, constantly check our smartphone and feel empty and burnt out inside. Yet the key to more clarity, energy and joie de vivre lies hidden within ourselves - in silence.
If you want to pause for a moment and calm down, just let things be things. Take a break and consciously give yourself time out - without television, social media, work or distractions. Give your mind a break from the constant carousel of thoughts and listen to the silence within you.
