First 4-day seminar on mental training for children and young people in Switzerland!

This 4-day seminar is offered in cooperation with the AsvaNara Learning Academy in Austria

Target group:

It is aimed at anyone who wants to work with children and young people in the areas of learning, mental and happiness training.

Concept:

It is based on the concept by Carina Leichtfried, Stefanie Egger and Andrea Schatz entitled "Mental Strengthening for My Future"- a 13-step program for 7th and 8th graders with the aim of giving young people more clarity about their future careers, making them aware of their strengths and talents, promoting a balance between recreation and relaxation at a young age and strengthening them in their being.
