Health - our most valuable asset

Health is our most valuableasset. Most of us have probably heard this before, but what exactly does it mean? Often, we spend years overexploiting our bodies ... until at some point they start to show symptoms of illness, burn-out, exhaustion and depression.

Health means not only physical health, but also mental and emotional health.

Don't worry, I'm not talking about psychiatrists, but to master a healthy everyday life, to stand with both feet on the ground, you need all three components: Body, mind and soul.

I know many people who had to struggle with the following symptoms at a frighteningly young age:

  • Duration -Stress

  • Feeling like you're on a hamster wheel

  • Test anxiety / fear of failure

  • Pressure to perform

  • Symptoms of fatigue / feeling exhausted

  • Burn-Out

  • Depression

  • Sleepless nights / complete fatigue

  • Live only for the weekend / vacation

  • Imbalance

  • Weight problems (overweight / underweight, eating disorder)

 

I myself have also had to deal with some of these issues. I now always ask myself what my body is trying to tell me? What do I need now?
